First, a major personal milestone โ the Ghost Acolyte 2018 archive was successfully uploaded to the perma-web! If you haven’t heard about the perma-web yet, it’s an amazing concept all artists should consider. This decentralized, permanent version of the web uses blockchain technology to ensure your content lasts forever. No more worrying about website shutdowns, server failures, or censorship. For photographers like us, the perma-web offers a secure way to preserve our images without relying on centralized platforms. It’s truly a game-changer.
Now, let’s talk about 2019 โ a year that took my photography to new heights (literally and figuratively!). My partner (Miikana Moments) and I ventured abroad to capture stunning images, with our most memorable trip taking us to Nevada and Arizona. It was our first time exploring the beauty of southwestern America together, and we were blown away by the contrast between the dazzling lights of Las Vegas and the serene desert landscapes.
Travel is undoubtedly one of the best ways to test and refine your photography skills. You’ll find yourself experimenting with different apertures, focal lengths, and techniques, quickly learning what works and what doesn’t. Our adventures taught us invaluable lessons, and Iโm excited to share the fruits of my labor with you.
